Reflective Fabrications backs every product we manufacture with a two year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You don't need to be the original buyer to make a claim, but you will need to provide proof of purchase from Reflective Fabrications or an authorised reseller. This protects both parties and ensures we're assessing our own products.

Reflective materials also have a finite retroreflective lifespan under UV and repeated industrial wash cycles — gradual reduction in reflectivity over time is expected product behaviour, not a defect.
We don’t offer refunds under this warranty.
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a like for like replacement of the affected product. Reflective Fabrications reserves the right to assess all claims prior to confirming a remedy.
