P2 is built from the ground up for wet weather uniforms, wet work environments, and gear that lives outdoors. Welded PVC construction means no stitching, no wicking, no failure points where water can get in. The reflective sheet face stands out in daylight and at night. The micro hook back snaps onto any loop panel and stays there.

Cotton panels absorb water. Stitched edges wick. Printed ink runs. P2 solves all three in one build.
The PVC face is welded at the edge, fully sealed, and the reflective sheet underneath keeps performing whether the panel is soaked, frozen, or dusty.
The backing is injection moulded nylon micro hook. Hundreds of tiny hooks per square centimetre grip into standard loop panels and hold through heavy use.
We have tested the hook and loop system to 200 wash cycles.
Because the hook is micro sized and nylon, it will not snag on cotton, hair, safety straps, webbing, or other gear.
The panel face is PVC reflective sheet. High visibility in daylight for fast recognition on scene, and full retroreflective performance at night for headlight, torch, and scene light response.
Role titles, rank, and unit ID are screen printed directly onto the panel face using ink built for PVC. Unlike heat transfer or vinyl cut letters that lift, peel, or fade after a season in the weather, screen printed ink bonds into the surface and stays put.

P1 cotton panels are the workhorse for general duty uniforms and dry conditions. P2 is the specialist for wet weather shells, rain jackets, and gear that gets wet and stays wet. Most agencies will run both. P1 on the day uniform, P2 on the wet weather layer. Same role titles, same colour system, same crew reading them at a glance.
