We have been an authorised 3M Distributor and Convertor since 1988. That means every roll of road reflective tape we supply is genuine 3M product, backed by 3M certification, and sourced direct. No grey market stock, no substitutes.

We supply some of Australia’s most demanding clients. Victoria Police, Fire Rescue Victoria, Australian Border Force, NT Police, and Queensland Police Service trust us to produce garments that perform in the field. When the standard is set by emergency services, everything else we make is built to the same level.
.DESIGN & PRODUCTION
Our design team handles everything from initial concept through to production-ready patterns. Original product development, custom garment design, and client-specific modifications. If it does not exist off the shelf, we build it from scratch.
Screen printing, heat transfer, DTF printing, and reflective application are all handled in house at our Clayton South facility. We do not outsource decoration. That means faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and your brand never leaves our building.
Our production floor runs more than 50 industrial sewing machines, with seam sealing lines, cutting equipment, and printing stations all operating under one roof. The floor is growing.

RF is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia. Every year we are independently audited by the union to verify that every person on our production floor is being paid legal award wages. No piece rates. No outwork. No subcontracting chain to hide behind.
When you manufacture with RF, you can say exactly where your product was made and exactly how the people who made it were treated. For brands that care about ethical supply chain claims, that accountability is something your customers and procurement teams will increasingly ask for.

If you need 10 units or you are just starting out with no budget for proper product development, we are probably not your best option right now. Getting a garment right takes time and investment. The tech pack and sample phase starts from $2,000 to $3,000 per style. By the time you move through each stage into your first production run, you are realistically looking at $15,000 to $20,000 all in.
That investment exists because doing it properly at the start is what separates a garment that lasts from one you are replacing every year.

Prototype signed off, we move into full production. Your per unit price kicks in here. Minimum 50 units per style. Production runs take 6 to 10 weeks depending on volume and complexity.
