KEY FIT AREAS EXPLAINED
Chest Fit

Chest Fit

Chest measurements increase progressively as sizes go up. This prevents tightness across the torso and allows for comfortable breathing, and layering.

Chest Fit

Armhole Depth

Armhole depth increases in larger sizes. This improves mobility and reduces pulling when reaching or lifting

Chest Fit

Shoulder Width

Shoulder width is adjusted to ensure seams sit naturally on the shoulder. This avoids:

  • Smaller sizes feeling boxy
  • Larger sizes pulling inward or dropping off the shoulder
Chest Fit

Body Length

Body length increases gradually to maintain coverage without becoming oversized. This helps keep the vest sitting correctly when worn over layers or when bending and moving.

Measure Chest

Step 1: Measure your waist, hips and inside leg

Waist: Measure around your waistline where you naturally wear your work pants. Keep the tape comfortably flat against your body.

Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat.

Inside Leg: Measure from your crotch seam straight down to the top of your boot heel.

Measure Chest

Step 2: Choose your size

Match your measurements to the ranges in the table below, selecting the recommended size above it.

If you are in between sizes:

For Waist vs. Hip: If your waist matches one size but your hips match a larger size, always size up to fit your hips.

For Leg Length: If the inside leg measurement listed for your waist size is too long, you can easily have them hemmed by a local tailor. If it is too short, consider sizing up for extra length, provided the waist can be comfortably belted.
