We have been an authorised 3M Distributor and Convertor since 1988. That means every roll of road reflective tape we supply is genuine 3M product, backed by 3M certification, and sourced direct. No grey market stock, no substitutes.
Most tactical vests are repurposed workwear. Oversized, generic, and built around a fit system that means half your team is wearing something that doesn’t fit properly. The Tactical Vest range is built differently.
Designed from scratch for emergency services, police, and operational field use. Two base patterns cover five sizes using a micro hook and loop adjustable side system. You get a fit that actually works, a vest that stays in place, and an identification system you can configure to any role, any agency.

The micro hook and loop adjustable side system is the core engineering decision that makes this vest work. Two base patterns cover five sizes: S, M, L, XL and 2XL.
The adjustment is secure, fast, and holds its position under load. No loose flaps, no bulk, no compromising fit to reduce stock overhead.
Three shell options depending on your operational environment..
All fluorescent fabric, all cut from the same two base patterns.
Orafol GP800 retroreflective tape on T1 and T2. Waterproof, high performance in daylight and full retroreflective output at night. Applied in-house at Clayton South. Any pattern or configuration can be screen printed directly onto the tape.
The T3 uses RF FR segmented fire trim throughout, matched to the FR fabric construction.
Chucky 5 on the main zip as a standard. Fast, secure, and built for daily operational use across extended shifts.
Adjustable shoulder straps as standard. Configured to your team’s specification or left as an adjustable field setting. Epaulettes available on request.
Micro hook and loop Velcro panel system front and back. Any role title, any agency. POLICE, SES, CREW LEADER, WARDEN, INCIDENT CONTROLLER.
Printed in-house at Clayton South. Screen print and DTF options available. Panels are interchangeable so roles can be updated without replacing the vest.
Multiple front pocket configurations available, set at order stage to your agency’s specification.
Radio holder available as an add-on. Tell us what your team carries and we’ll build the layout around it.
Every vest is designed, cut, sewn, taped, and printed in-house at 34 Murdock Street, Clayton South.
Full traceability from raw material to dispatch. Every garment carries a batch number linked to its complete production record.
The V4 is the lightweight option. 150gsm hi-vis mesh gives you full breathability across the vest surface, which matters on extended operations in warm conditions. The fluorescent fabric meets Class Night requirements. The mesh construction means it does not meet Class Day/Night — this is an identification and tactical garment, not a hi-vis safety garment.
The right call for teams who need clear role identification in the field and want a vest they can wear all day without overheating.
The V5 uses a 140gsm hi-vis polyester shell. Solid fluorescent background that meets Class Day/Night. Same base patterns and side system as the T1, same zip, same ID panel system. The right option where full hi-vis compliance is required alongside tactical and identification functionality.
Available in hi-vis yellow and hi-vis orange. Tape configuration and pocket layout to your specification.
The V6 is built for environments where fire risk is part of the operational picture. 180gsm FR-rated fabric throughout, with RF FR segmented fire trim and FR-rated hook and loop. Not a wildland garment. An operationally configured vest for teams who need FR construction in a tactical identification format.
Every component in the T3 that matters has been specified to FR standard. No weak links in the build.
