At Reflective Fabrications (RFA), we take pride in making safety gear that meets the highest standards—because lives depend on it. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Warranty on All Products
All RFA-manufactured items come with a 30-day unconditional warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s covered:
Faulty stitching or construction
Reflective tape that delaminates or fails under compliant washing conditions
Incorrect sizing or labeling based on your order
Defective hardware (e.g., zippers, Velcro, press studs)
What’s not covered:
Damage caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, or failure to follow our care instructions
Customised garments where incorrect info (e.g., spelling, sizing) was supplied by the customer
Reflective performance degradation beyond the standard lifespan of compliant AS/NZS 1906.4 materials
How to Make a Return
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving the product:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photo of the fault
We will assess your claim within 2 business days. If approved, you may be offered:
A full replacement of the item (at no charge)
A repair (where applicable)
A refund (only if a replacement or repair is not possible)
Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom vests, tabards, and screen-printed products, returns are not accepted for change-of-mind. However, we will still cover manufacturing defects under our warranty policy.

Shipping of Returned Items

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid label for return shipping. For international customers or bulk orders, alternative return arrangements may apply.
