Our accreditations reflect our commitment to ethical manufacturing, fair work, and responsible business practices.
RF is a licensed member of the Australian Made Campaign. Every garment we manufacture at our Clayton South facility carries the Australian Made and Owned certification, giving clients and procurement officers verified assurance that the product was made here.
RF is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia, the independent accreditation body that verifies Australian garment workers are paid lawfully and work in fair conditions. This accreditation is increasingly required by government buyers and large enterprise clients as part of ethical procurement obligations.
RF operates in compliance with the Fair Jobs Code, demonstrating our commitment to secure employment, fair pay and safe working conditions across our business.
RF is listed on the Victorian Government’s Ethical Supplier Register, a requirement for suppliers to Victorian Government agencies. Listing confirms compliance with wage theft laws, labour hire licensing requirements and other ethical supply chain obligations under Victorian legislation.
RF supports the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia. Our workforce is covered under fair working conditions consistent with union standards.
We are proud to be part of industry bodies that support Australian manufacturing and our local community.
RF is a member of the Australian Fashion Council, the peak body representing Australia’s fashion and textile industry.
RF is a member of SEMMA, the South East Melbourne Manufacturers Alliance, reflecting our commitment to Australian manufacturing and the local industrial community.
RF is registered on the Industry Capability Network Gateway, the national platform used by major project proponents and government agencies to identify capable Australian suppliers. ICN registration is a standard requirement for suppliers seeking to participate in major government and infrastructure projects.
Our technical certifications and systems ensure genuine products, traceability, and government-ready compliance.
RF is an authorised 3M distributor and convertor, one of a small number of Australian businesses holding both designations. This means every 3M product we supply is genuine, backed by manufacturer warranties, and applied by a convertor certified to 3M’s technical standards. For clients specifying 3M materials in fleet, garment or signage applications, this removes the risk of non-genuine product entering the supply chain.
RF is an authorised Orafol convertor, supplying and applying ORALITE reflective materials from Orafol Europe GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of retroreflective and self-adhesive materials. As an authorised convertor, RF applies Orafol materials to approved standards and has access to project-specific manufacturer warranty letters for government and fleet tender submissions. This gives clients verified assurance that Orafol materials are applied correctly and backed by manufacturer warranty.
RF is Peppol enabled through Xero, allowing us to transact electronically with federal and state government agencies through the standard Australian government e-invoicing network. This reduces administrative friction and ensures invoicing compliance for government contracts.
RF is currently working toward ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management systems. Our traceability and production systems already operate to a standard consistent with ISO 9001 requirements. Formal certification is expected in 2026.
Our membership and certifications are more than logos.
