At Reflective Fabrications, compliance is inherent to everything we do, not just a box to be checked. Independent third parties conduct routine audits of our production, labour procedures, and product quality.
These audits verify that all of the products we provide are actually manufactured in Australia, under fair and legal conditions, and in complete accordance with industry and safety requirements.

Certified & Australian Made

Not every product labelled “Australian Made” is actually produced locally. Some businesses mark their products as Australian-made after importing pre-made items, adding reflective tape, printing a logo, or applying a patch. That’s not what we do.

Every stage is completed in-house at our Clayton South, Victoria factory, including fabric cutting, sewing, assembly, printing, and finishing. We are one of the few genuine Australian manufacturers left because of our entirely in-house production, which also gives us complete control over ethical, legal, and quality standards.
This license reinforces our status as one of the few remaining manufacturers producing authentic Australian-made products.

What We Do at RF

Design and manufacture high-visibility workwear and reflective safety garments for frontline teams, including police, emergency services, healthcare, and construction crews.
Produce reflective signage and compliant safety solutions tailored to Australian regulatory standards like AS/NZS 4602.1 and AS/NZS 1906.4.
Manufacture all products in-house at our Clayton South facility in Melbourne, allowing faster turnaround times, tighter quality control, and customisation.
Supply reflective vehicle markings, safety signage, custom reflective lettering, decals, and identification gear for freight operators, logistics, infrastructure projects, and public health sectors.
Use premium materials, including genuine 3M Scotchlite reflective films, and as a legitimate supplier of 3M tapes, ensure high durability and performance in real-world conditions.
Provide customised safety solutions and support for workplace safety compliance in demanding environments like emergency sites, transport, and industrial worksites.

What We Cannot Do at RF

We do not offer non-reflective general apparel or non-safety-related clothing.
RF does not manufacture offshore; all production is local to maintain quality and compliance.
We do not offer products outside the scope of visibility and safety compliance (e.g., unrelated industrial equipment).
We do not provide installation services beyond manufacturing and delivering signage or safety gear.
