Introduction to Anchor

Anchor is our partnership programme for emergency services and government departments. It’s how we hold stock, forecast demand, and set aside production capacity, so a shortage, a supply shock, or a sudden surge never becomes an agency’s problem to solve on their own.

It’s not a warranty clause or a nice line in a tender response. It’s how we actually operate, and it’s what makes us RF. Most manufacturers think about a relationship in terms of the order in front of them. We think about it in terms of where an agency is going, and what they’ll need from us when they get there. Anchor is built around that, from a single urgent order right through to a dedicated production line held under a multi year contract, without an agency ever having to restart the relationship or requalify us along the way.

Custom

Need it fast, need it small, need it exact. 5 unit minimum, built to spec, four to eight weeks. No volume to prove, no minimum spend, no barrier to entry.

This is where most agencies start with us, often with one urgent problem that has nothing to do with a tender or a contract.

READY BEFORE DEMAND

Contract

Win a tender or an RFQ and the stock is already moving before the ink is dry. We build ahead and hold six months of finished garments domestically, plus twelve to eighteen months of raw input behind that through The Loop.

Stock sits unbranded until the week it ships, so a badge change or a livery update mid contract never turns good stock into waste.

A minimum two year structural warranty on every garment we manufacture, covering seams, closures, and materials under active service conditions. If something fails because we got it wrong, we repair or replace it immediately. No dispute, no delay.
